How we handle the personal data of people interested in our properties.

2. What data we process and where it comes from
This website does not include any data-collection forms. The personal data we may process is only what you choose to give us when you decide to contact us:
- Name and contact details (telephone number, email address).
- The content of your enquiry and any information you share about your preferences or buying needs.
We do not request or process special categories of data, and we do not create profiles for advertising purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry about the property, sending you the information you request (features, plans, availability) and, if you wish, arranging a viewing.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you make contact, and the controller's legitimate interest in responding to information requests received (art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send commercial communications other than the reply to your enquiry, unless you expressly authorise us to do so.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as the information relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required to address any legal liabilities. If the enquiry does not lead to a transaction, data is kept for a maximum of one year from the last contact, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Service providers acting as data processors (for example messaging services, web hosting or accounting advisers) may take part in providing the service, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, the messaging service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) under its own privacy policy, which is independent of this website.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to the postal address above or calling the contact number.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), without prejudice to contacting the controller first.
7. Security
The controller applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
8. Minors
The content of this site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you become aware that a minor's data has been provided, please let us know so that we can erase it.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or changes in the site's activity. The version published on this page is the one in force.
